Well here we are 9:50. 10 minutes before the ceremony is due to start. In the background you can see some of the pipes of the beautiful old organ but we did not use them. We had piano music for the songs and a CD player played through the church speaker system for entrance and exit music. Daniel's head (the child of my sister, Elizabeth, who took the QuickTake photographs) is the child looking very promenant in this photograph. Also if you look carefull you will see Michael looking goofy, like he normally does in photographs (the child in the cream jumper sitting in the seccond row near the right hand side). Up the back on the left hand side, I think that I can see Gina Docherty arriving.

By the way, that is me (Paul) in the front row wearing the blue suit and white shirt. The suit was actually black with a slight hint of green (if you looked realy closely). I think that the camera has a blue tinge to it. I hate navy blue! Daniel again appears in this photograph, this time picking his nose. Right up the back you can see Julian and Nicole arriving.

Here is a closeup of Michael's goofy smile. Behind him you will see Ben with an expression on is face as if he has just been doing something extremely naughty. The lady in the top right of the picture is my aunty Mary who made our wedding cake for us. In the top left of the picture is Scott, holding his baby. He videotaped our wedding for us and also sang during the ceremony.

And here you will see the idiot smile well in action.

On the left is My Grandmother, being escorted by her son Tom.

Grandma is a sweet old lady. She has a few set old Dutch ways, but she is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Behind her, I can just make out Vicky, Kay and Michael (from left to right). Vicky played the piano and Kay and Michael sang for us.

From left to right: Grandma, my mother, my father, and Annie's mother. And right in the front you can see the top of Daniel's head again. If you look closely, you can see Michael and Ben hiding behind Annie's mother. They are probably plotting to conquer the world.

Well here I am, waiting for Annie. I guess I should take this oportunity to introduce my groomsmen. On the right is Anthony who has just finished his Computer Systems Engineering Degree. Between us is Ivan. He has just finished finished 1st class honours in Economics, however he is still completing his combined Computing and Economics Degree. Our celebrant is Rev Greg Templeton. He is the minister from our regular church, Taroona Baptist. We are not having the ceremony in that church because it would have been a bit small, we chose this church because it was my old family church.

Well I'm still here waiting... tum-te-tum tum.
